燃煤电厂在努力捕集CO_2以减少排放
摘要
2013年11月初，全球能源部长汇聚华盛顿，商讨如何降低燃煤电厂的碳排放。会议要求加速发展采用CCS（CO2捕集及封存）技术的燃煤电厂，使之在21世纪20年代初期投入运行，以保持煤在能源结构中的地位。但是，目前CCS技术还未超出中试规模，原因是没有有效的激励政策，如还未设立碳税、没有建立基于市场的碳交易体系，以及没有制定严格的CO2排放惩罚条例等。
