摘要
介绍了中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司渣油加氢装置第六周期的运转情况,该周期采用中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的第三代RHT系列催化剂,在较大进料负荷下运转了412天,实现了长周期运转,该催化剂表现出良好的杂质脱除能力和较高的加氢降残炭能力;在第四、第五和第六周期,与不同国外专利商的催化剂相比,第二代和第三代RHT系列渣油加氢催化剂均表现出良好的催化活性和稳定性。
The application results of the second and third generation RHT series catalysts in the 4th--6th run of the RDS unit in Hainan Refining & Chemcial Co. , Ltd. were introduced. The third gen- eration RHT series catalysts show its good abilities and stability to remove impurities and carbon resi- dues during 412-day long-term operation. Comparison the results in the fourth, fifth and sixth cycle with the imported catalysts reveals the better activity and stability of the second generation and third generation RHT series residue hydrotreating catalysts.
