摘要
秘书工作的任务,主要是为领导做好综合性辅助工作,即为领导服务(含参谋性服务)。同时,也要为机关及其各部门服务,为基层和群众服务。为更好地完成这一任务,首先则必须解决方法问题。但是,方法也要因人、因事、因时、因地而异。根据诸多秘书的切身体会,在秘书的日常工作中,主要有调查研究、平等待人、公正协调、及时沟通、诸方平衡、多向思维、事事创新、以柔克刚和自我批评等方法,可供选用。
It is the main task of the secretary work to provid e a multiple auxiliary work to the leaders and to the government and its departments as well.It also serves organizations at the basic level and ordinary people.In order to accomplish this task successfully,we should solve all the problems abou t the methods at first.But different methods are needed according to different c haracters,cases times and places.The personal experiences of secretaries can be summarized as follows:investigations,fair treatings,good coordinations communica tions in time,keeping balances for every side,radioactively thinking,renewing things,making hard soft,self_criticism and so on.
