专利视角下我国采煤机械的技术现状及发展浅析

Analysis on present technological status and development tendency of coal mining machinery in China from perspective of patent

笔者从专利视阈的角度,运用专利地图理论的基本思路,从专利申请的结构和分布、专利申请的国内外对比及国内外重点专利申请企业对比等多个维度,对我国采煤机械及其技术发展进行了观察和分析,指出采煤机械和采煤技术水平发展存在的问题,并给出了初步的结论和建议。

From the prospective of patent visual threshold, the paper applied the basic ideas of patent map theory to observe and analyze the development of coal mining machinery and coal mining technology in China from the perspective of patent application constitution, patent application distribution, contrast of domestic and foreign patent application, contrast of main patent enterprise applicants at home and abroad. Moreover, it indicated the problems existing in the development of coal mining machinery and coal mining technology, and offered preliminary conclusions and suggestions.
