摘要
煤矿胶轮车工作制动器性能的优劣直接影响到整车的安全。为了准确评价其制动性能,在分析湿式多盘制动器工作原理的基础上,在UG中对制动器进行了三维建模及装配,联合ADAMS和ANSYS建立了制动器刚柔耦合虚拟样机,对其进行制动仿真分析,得出制动前后车轴角速度的变化曲线及单侧摩擦片力矩的变化曲线。结果表明,仿真数据与理论数据吻合,验证了该制动器设计的可靠性。
The performance of the service brake of the rubber-tired vehicle in collieries directly affects the safety of the vehicle. In order to accurately evaluate the braking performance, a 3D model and assembly of the brake were built in UG after the analysis on the working principle of the wet multi-disc brake, and the rigid- flexible coupling virtual prototype of the brake was established combining ADAMS and ANSYS. In addition, the simulation and analysis were conducted, and the variation curves of the axle angular velocity and the variation curves of torque imposing on unilateral friction disk during braking process were obtained. The results showed that the simulation data coincided with theoretical ones, which verified the reliability of the brake.
