摘要
针对云南某白钨矿中方解石、白云石等碳酸盐类脉石含量较多、部分白钨矿物嵌布粒度细且与脉石矿物关系较为密切,同时伴生有多种低品位、难选金属硫化物等特点,提出预先脱硫-白钨矿浮选-酸浸除杂的选冶联合工艺流程,并应用自主研发的白钨矿浮选高效调整剂TY-19,较好地实现了白钨矿的高效回收,实验室小型闭路试验获得白钨精矿品位66.89%,回收率为80.52%的较好指标。
Since a certain scheelite from Yunnan contains more carbonate gangue such as calcite and dolomite etc., dissemination size of partial scheelite mineral is fine scheelite and gangue minerals are closely related, as well as a variety of low-grade and refractory metal sulfide was associated, the paper proposed the combined process of beneficiation and metallurgy, which was involved with pre-desulfurization, flotation of scheelite and then impurity removal by acid leaching in sequence. In addition, self-developed efficient regulator TY-19 was applied to realize the efficient recovery of scheelite. Finally, the scheelite concentrates with grade of 66.89% and recovery rate of 80.52% were obtained after the laboratory closed-circuit experiment.
