矿用截齿激光熔覆高耐磨颗粒增强铁基复合涂层的性能研究 被引量:8

Study on properties of superior wear-resistant laser cladding layer with particle reinforced Fe base for mining picks

摘要 针对矿用42CrMo截齿的磨损失效形式,采用专门研制的抗磨损合金粉末THPR-50,通过工艺优化激光熔覆制备截齿耐磨涂层,并对其显微组织、合金元素分布、显微硬度、耐蚀和磨损特性进行了研究。结果表明,熔覆层无裂纹及气孔等其它缺陷,并与基体呈冶金结合;热处理后的THPR-50熔覆层耐磨性能优于原始熔覆层的1.8倍、基体的3倍。 In view of abrasion failure style of 42CrMo mining pick, wear-resistant alloy powder THPR-50 specially developed was applied. After technical optimization, the wear-resistant coating layer of the pick was prepared by laser cladding, and its microstructure, distribution of alloy elements, microhardness, corrosion- resistant and wear-resistant properties were studied. The results showed: the cladding layer contained no cracks and porosities as well as was metallurgically bonded with the base; after heat treatment, the wear-resistant properties of THPR-50 cladding layer was superior to the original cladding layer about 1.8 times and the base about 3 times.
