摘要 煤体的低渗特性制约了瓦斯的抽采,水力压裂技术是提高煤体渗透率的有效手段,为了将地面压裂工艺引入到煤矿井下,对煤体进行压裂增透,河南理工大学与宝鸡航天动力泵业联合研发了煤矿井下水力压裂泵组。该泵组由柱塞泵、液力变速箱、电动机、电控柜、远程操作台及远传视频监控台等部分组成,它在井下运输安装方便、操控简单,安全、排量和压力可以满足井下压裂的需求。现场应用表明,该泵组工作性能良好,压裂后渗透率大幅度提高,实现了压裂增透的目的。 Low permeability of the coal restricts the gas extraction, and hydraulic fracturing is an effective means to improve the permeability of the coal. In order to introduce the ground fracturing technology into the underground colliery to fracture the coal and improve the permeability of the coal, the pump group for hydraulic fracturing in underground collieries were developed by Henan Polytechnic University and Baoji Aerospace Power Pump Co., Ltd. The pump group consisted of piston pump, hydraulic transmission box, motor, electric control cabinet, remote console, remote video monitoring station and other parts. The pump group was conveniently installed and conveyed as well as operated easily; in addition, its safety, displacement and pressure met the underground fracturing requirements. The field application showed that the pump group operated in excellent state, the permeability after fracturing enhanced remarkably, thus the coal fracturing and improvement of the permeability were realized.
