普通高校招生多元录取机制的“理念型建构”:因果适当还是意义适当? 被引量:4

摘要 "逐步推行普通高校基于统一高考和高中学业水平考试成绩的综合评价多元录取机制"正在成为未来深化教育领域综合改革的关键措施。这个制度设计将教育系统当作一个嵌套在整个社会中、相对独立的完整体系来看待,照顾到了教育系统的流程递进和内循环,贯通了教育系统内各个层级和结构的内在关联。其显明的逻辑是"手段—目的"式的"因果适当性",意在将各级教育都当作重重手段,唯一目的在于考大学。如果在因果适当性的逻辑基础上加入意义适当性逻辑,对前者的"因"和"果"还原到各级教育应该放置的"意义脉络"中进行重新界定,才能让这个政策的"理念型建构"恰如其分地实现成"现实的构建"。 Multiple enrollment mechanism of higher education institutions is the key measure of promoting comprehensive reforms in education. Education system is regard as an entirely structure embedded in the society. The obvious logic in the structure is causality of appropriateness as "means - end" paradigm, which means that all the education settings including primary, junior, senior schools are artifices and only higher education is the target. If significance of appropriateness is considered as the deep logic of multiple enrollment mechanism, the independent variable and dependent variable should be re - defined in the different educational context. Consequently the "conceptual construction" will properly become "reality construction".
