通过对我国加入 WTO后所形成的建筑市场竞争机制的展望 ,建立了以“企业定额”为基础的工程项目估价模型体系 ,并提出了对工程项目投标报价策略的风险评估方法 。

Through the prospect of competing mechanism of our national construction marketing result from our nation’s entering into WTO,this paper tries to establish a model system for construction project evaluation based on the “quotas of enterprise”,and puts forward a method of risk evaluating for tendering,which benefits the construction enterprises in tender making for their expectant projects.
