摘要
战后日本以教育均衡发展著称,但随着高中普及,高中生日益多样化,学业水平未达到义务教育毕业程度的学生也进入了高中。东京都的"鼓励学校"就是日本高中多样化改革中应对学力低下高中生教育的实践案例。日本高中多样化改革是新自由主义教育改革的一环,有顺应日本经济社会发展变化的一面,但也有追求效率、放弃均衡的的另一面。
Japan is known for the balanced development of education in the postwar, but with the popularity of high school, the students in senior high school have become increasingly diversified, some did not reach the graduate degree of compulsory education. The" encourage school " in Tokyo is the practice case of Japan's diversified reform on high school in response to those with low learning ability. Japanese high school diversified reform is part of the Neoliberal education reform, complying with the development and change of Japanese society but abandoning the balance.when pursuing efficiency.
