党的十八大和十八届三中全会强调"坚持社会主义市场经济改革的方向",比过去单讲"坚持改革的方向"或"坚持市场经济改革方向",含义更明确,不容作出偏离社会主义大方向的解读和改革选择。社会主义市场经济体制包括三层不可分割的内容:由市场配置资源,排除由国家计划配置,市场经济与社会主义经济制度相结合。应正确解读和把握十八届三中全会提出的"使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用和更好发挥政府作用"。

In the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC) and the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC it was stressed that 'China must stick to the socialist market economy as the orientation of its reform,' the connotation of which is more clear than 'we should adhere to the orientation of reform' or 'we should adhere to the orientation of reform towards market economy' in the past,cannot be made deviation from the general direction of socialist interpretation and options for reform. The socialist market economy system includes three layers of indivisible contents: resources allocation by market, configuration planning by the state; Combination of market economy and the socialist economic system. We should understand correctly and grasp 'make the market play a decisive role in the allocation of resources and better play the role of government' proposed in Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC.
