摘要
在高压、超高压直流场、滤波器、电力机车、低频风电等新兴领域应用的金属氧化物避雷器(MOA)承受含有多次谐波的复合交流电压作用,运行中MOA呈现出发热高、劣化快、能量吸收能力不足等特性。笔者采用试验的方法研究了金属氧化物电阻片(MOV)在30Hz^1kHz间不同频率交流电压下小电流区的非线性V-A特性、泄漏电流的阻-容电流分量变化特性等,分析了频率、荷电率对特性的影响,得到随作用电压频率增高,阻性电流分量单调递增、功率损耗增大,发热、劣化加快等重要结论,为以后探究金属氧化物避雷器在特殊场合的应用提供了基础理论依据。
The MOAs, applied in newly developing fields such as HVDC, UHVDC, filter, electric locomotive and low-frequency wind power, always work under complex AC voltages containing multiple harmonics. The operational MOA shows high heating, fast deterioration and reduction of capacity of energy absorption. In this paper, MOVs are tested for their volt-ampere characteristic and changes of percentage of leakage current under a series of AC voltages these electric characteristics of frequency and electric load from 30 Hz to 1 000 Hz, and the effect on rate is analyzed. The conclusion is shown that the higher the frequency is, the greater the resistive current will be, the greater the power loss will be, and the more likely to heat and deteriorate, which provides several basic theories for the future exploration of the MOA's special applications.
