煅烧条件对锌氧粉中锑浸出特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 针对锌厂锌氧粉中锑浸出的不稳定性,研究了煅烧前后锌氧粉中锑的水浸行为.以粒径小于0.074 mm的锌氧粉为研究对象,采用煅烧预处理-蒸馏水浸出的方法,考察了煅烧温度、煅烧时间和二氧化锰粉用量对锌氧粉中锑浸出特性的影响,得到了优化的反应条件.研究结果表明,在相同水浸条件下,获得最优锑浸出特性的煅烧条件为煅烧温度800℃,煅烧时间8 h和二氧化锰粉/锌氧粉质量比10%.在该实验条件下,煅烧预处理的锌氧粉经水浸出后,水浸液中锑含量小于0.7 mg/L. In this paper, the leaching behavior of antimony from zinc oxide powder before and after calcination is studied in distilled water to investigate the leaching instability. Zinc oxide powder with a diameter under 0. 074mm is taken as research object. After calcination pretreatment by using heating method, the pretreatment samples are leached in distilled water. The effects of calcination temperature, calcination time and addition amount of manganese dioxide powder on leaching characteristics of antimony from secondary zinc oxide are then investigated. The optimum conditions are also determined. The research results show that under the same water leaching conditions, the calcination conditions for obtaining the optimum leaching characteristics of antimony are as follows : calcination temperature at 800℃, calcination time at 8h and mass ratio of manganese dioxide to zinc oxide powder being 10%. Under these experimental conditions, the leaching of zinc oxide powder after calcination pretreatment is carried our in distilled water and the antimony content in water leaching solution is lower than 0.7 m/L.
