摘要
本文综合利用Miedema等人提出的纳米微粒吉布斯自由能计算模型,预测了电镀Ni-W非晶态合金的形成能力和形成范围.结果表明,当xNi≤20%时,Ni-W合金能形成非晶态纳米合金.与已有实验结论相比,该模型有较高的预测能力和准确度.当然,电镀法制备纳米Ni-W非晶态合金形成范围除与合金元素性质相关外,还与其水溶液热力学、动力学等条件相关.
Theoretical expression in the possible composition rang of electrodeposited Ni - W amorphous alloys is thermodynamically analyzed by the nanoparticles' Gibbs models proposed by Miedema, Eshelby and so on. It is found that electrodeposited Ni - W alloys are amorphous in the theoretical results when the mole fraction of nickel is less than 20%. The Gibbs models have a high predictive power and accuracy rate comparing with previous experimental results. Of course, the possible composition rang of electrodeposited Nano Ni - W amorphous alloys has a direct correlation to not only the alloy element properties, but also to its aqueous thermodynamics, dynamics and other conditions.
