摘要 为研究大气压力变化对高压共轨柴油机掺烧生物柴油后发动机性能的影响规律,进行了81kPa、90kPa和100kPa三种大气压力下燃用纯柴油和B20混合燃料的对比试验研究.试验结果表明:气压从81kPa上升至100kPa时,动力性和经济性均获得改善,同燃用纯柴油相比,燃用B20混合燃料的排气温度降低,对中、低转速区域的动力性提升幅度和有效燃油消耗率的影响较大,对中、高转速区域动力性的提升幅度和有效燃油消耗率的影响相对较小;在相同气压下,燃用B20混合燃料的动力性比燃用纯柴油时下降1.7%~6.1%,有效燃油消耗率上升1.4%~6.9% In order to study the changing rules of performance of a high pressure common rail diesel engine fu- eled with biodiesel under different atmospheres, comparative tests are carried out between the conditions when the engine is fueled with pure diesel and B20 blend under 81kPa, 90kPa and 100kPa atmospheric pressures. The results indicate that with the atmospheric pressure rising from 81kPa to 90kPa, power performance and economical performance of the two kinds of fuels are both improved. When the engine is fueled with B20 blend, the exhaust temperature declines, and the power performance improvement and the brake specific fuel consumption at middle and low speed are affected significantly while relatively slightly at high speed. At the same atmospheric pressure, the power performance declines by 1.7% -6. 1% when the engine is fueled with B20 blend, while the brake specific fuel consumption increases by 1.4% -6.9%.
