摘要
针对云南西双版纳高酸值橡胶籽油,采用两步法制备生物柴油,即先酸催化酯化降低酸值,再碱催化酯交换得到生物柴油.考察了碱催化酯交换的反应条件,结果显示适宜的碱催化反应条件为:醇油摩尔比6∶1,催化剂用量为1.0%(油的质量分数),反应温度60℃,反应时间1.5h,产率可达75%.用气相色谱法测定了脂肪酸甲酯含量为82.29%.
This paper is focused on the preparation of biodiesel from rubber seed oil with high free fatty acids (FFA) content. Two- step synthesis is selected to obtain the product, that is, acid catalyzed esterifieation is carried out first to decrease the FFA content, then biodiesel can be formed by alkaline transesterifieation. The reaction conditions of alkaline transesterification are investigated. The results show that the optimum reaction conditions is to can7 out the reaction at 60℃ for 1.5 h, with the methanol - to - oil molar ratio 6: i, the catalyst amount 1.0% ( g NaOH/g oil). The yield can reach 75%. GC analysis shows the content of methyl esters of fatty acids is 82.29%
