摘要
对双弯曲金属波导的制作工艺及方法进行了研究 ,并用制作的波导进行实验。结果表明波导的传输效率与激光模式、耦合透镜焦距及波导长度有关 ,低阶模时 ,效率高 ,多模时 ,效率低 ,耦合透镜焦距长 ,损耗小 ,反之损耗大 ;传输效率随波导长度增加而下降。
A new process of dual bending metal waveguide preparation is studied, and the experiments are carried out to test the transfer properties of the waveguide. The results show that the transfer efficiency of the waveguide is related to the laser beam mode, the focal length of the coupling lens and the waveguide length. The efficiency is higher when the low order mode laser beam, the long focal length coupling lens and the short waveguide are used and vice versa.
