摘要
本文从中国技能型人才培养的机制性障碍出发,对建立现代学徒制的必要性和相关国际发展趋势进行了探讨。研究证明,现代学徒制能削减结构性失业,促进弱势青年就业并实现更高程度的"校企合作"。当前中国亟需解决的问题是明确现代学徒制的制度性特征,建立相应的管理体系,并对相关试点工作进行科学的引导。
On the background of institutional barriers for skilled personnel training, the necessity of establishing modern apprenticeship and relevant international development trends are discussed in the paper. The study shows that Modern Apprenticeship can reduce structural unemployment, promote employment for disadvantaged youth and achieve a higher degree of " school-enterprise cooperation" In China, Urgent problem is to clear institutional characteristics of Modern Apprenticeship, to establish the appropriate management system and to guide related experimental work scientifically.
