The New Features of Chinese Dairy Industry during the Key Period of Transformation and Upgrading

摘要 本文主要分析了国际国内产业发展新形势下,处于产业转型升级关键时期的2014年我国奶业在生产发展、质量安全、监督管理、加工准入、法律惩处等方面将表现出的新特点。在党的十八大确立的"四化同步"、国家深化改革和国务院机构改革推进的历史新时期,这些新动向是奶业继续向好发展的显现,将会释放产业进步的积极信号,对加快奶业生产方式转变,推动奶业转型升级,推进现代奶业建设,实现奶业持续健康可持续发展有重大意义。 The author mainly described and analysised the new development situation of China dairy industry during the key period of transformation and upgrading in production, quality and safety, supervision and management, processing and policy, legal safeguard and so on, showing that Chinese dairy industry would continue to flourish, release the positive signals of industrial progress, speed up the transformation, and promote the construction of modem dairy industry. These new features would also have a significant impact on the sustainable and healthy development of dairy industry. And this paper will offer reference to research on dairy situation, policy planning, administrative supervision.
