摘要
苏州永旺梦乐城玻璃球是一巨型单层椭球面网壳,该单层网壳长轴尺寸46.5 m,短轴尺寸40 m,高40 m,经“切割”后覆盖在下部主体结构,外包玻璃幕墙.网壳嵌入下部混凝土结构,在2~5层设有支承点.网格布置为凯威特型,采用分析软件MIDAS GEN对该网壳结构进行静力分析、特征值分析和非线性屈曲分析,得到了该结构的极限承载力.此外,还进行了节点设计和支座设计等.
The curtain ball of Suzhou Yongwang Mengle City is huge single-layer ellipsoid reticulated shell. The long axis dimension and short axis dimension is 46.5 m and 40 m, and the height is 40 m. After being cutted, the shell covers the concrete structure below, and is wrapped with glass curtain wall. The concrete structure below supports the shell at 2nd floor to 5th floor. The division of grid is Kiewitt. Based on the shell structure, this paper carried out static analysis, eigenvalue analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis with MIDAS GEN software, the critical load was got. Finally, the design of node and support is proposed.
