摘要
针对西宁市景观步行天桥空间曲线的结构特点,介绍钢箱梁在制作和架设过程中采取的一系列保证措施。采用单元块划分、工装胎型设计、节段制作等工艺,不仅使制作简单化,而且较好地保证了钢箱梁三维曲线的制作要求;采用节段匹配控制不仅使桥位钢箱梁定位简单化,而且提高了桥位架设的效率;采用全站仪精确测量定位,可有效地控制钢箱梁三维曲线的线型,达到设计要求。通过以上工艺,解决了三维曲线钢箱梁的制作、架设等难题,并取得了良好的效果。
According to the structural features of space curve for Xining landscape pedestrian overpass, it introduced a series of necessary assurance measures taken in the process of manufacture and installation of steel box girders. Unit division, jig design and segment fabrication not only made the manufacture simpler, but also guaranteed the three-dimensional curve fabrication requirement of steel box girders. Segment matching control made the positioning of steel box girders simpler and improved installation efficiency at bridge site. Total station instrument can precisely measure and position, which can effectively control the three-dimensional curve geometry of steel box girders and meet the design requirements. The above-mentioned measures resolved the manufacture and installation difficulties of three-dimensional curve steel box girders and achieved good results.
