摘要
建筑钢结构管桁架项目中经常应用到相贯线弯弧圆管,采用传统方法加工这类构件定位难度大,容易产生不合格产品。而新型的弯弧定位方式,能够有效地控制这类构件的加工质量。实践表明,这种新定位方式操作简单、科学合理,避免了由于构件弯弧定位偏差导致的二次高空作业,在项目的安全、质量、成本、进度等方面产生明显效益。
Projects containing pipe truss in the construction of steel structures often involve intersecting-line curved pipes. Those processed in the conventional approaches present difficulties in positioning and easily yield defective products. However, the newly developed mode of curved positioning is effective in processing qualified pipes and scientific for easy operation, thus avoiding second-time aerial work caused by curved positioning deviations. The mode produces obvious benefits in projects' safety, quality, cost, schedule, etc.
