Research on Effective Approaches to Control Vehicle Emission Pollution in Jinan

分析了济南市治理汽车排放污染的现状和控制污染的紧迫性，阐述了国内外在减少在用车辆排放污染的经验以及取得的成就，提出了以治理济南市汽车排放污染为目标，进一步加强在用车辆检测维护与加快控制污染步伐的合理化建议和实施办法。

This paper analyzes the present situation and press of controlling Jinan's vehicle emission pollution and describes the foreign and domestic experience and achievements of reducing the emission pollution caused by the in－ use vehicles.It proposes the reasonable suggestions and implementary methods of further enforcing the in－ use vehicles' inspection and maintenance and speeding up the pollution control aiming at controlling the vehicle emission pollution in Jinan.
