Quantitative Determination of Phosphoric Acid of Wet Process by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry

湿法磷酸样品经稀盐酸分解后,在X射线荧光光谱仪上采用液体样品杯直接测定其P2O5、Fe2O3、Al2O3、SO3含量。方法简便快速,测量线性范围宽,对稀磷酸和浓磷酸均能同时测定,测定结果与化学分析测定结果基本一致。

Decomposition of the phosphoric acid of wet process with dilute hydrochloric acid, then test the P2O5 ,Fe2O3 ,Al2O3 ,SO3 contents using liquid sample containers on the X ray fluorescence. This method is simple and fast, the linearity range is wide, and can test dilute phosphoric acid and concentrate phosphoric acid at the same time, the testing results is reasonable concordance with that of chemical analysis method.
