摘要
通过对云南水富云天化有限公司尿素装置的设备及工艺分析,找出装置在超低负荷(60%-65%)下运行的瓶颈。通过搜集装置在超低负荷下运行数据,进行分析研究,针对性提出应对措施,通过实际运行维护来验证装置在超低负荷运行的安全性和可行性。
Based on the analysis of Yuntianhua AG urea plant equipment and process, bottleneck of the device running under ultra-low- load (60 to 65% , the same below), is identified. By collecting data of device running under ultra - low load , after analysis and study, targeted measures are addressed, through the actual operation and maintenance of the device, the safety and feasibility of operation under ultra - low - load are to be verified.
