摘要
依据汽车行驶对公路的基本要求 ,分析道路因素、交通环境与交通事故的关系。掌握道路的使用特性 ,正确使用道路、改善交通环境 ,对预防交通事故意义重大。
This paper analyzes the relations among road conditions,traffic environment and traffic accident,in the light of the basic safety requirements for driving on road.It is important to understand road conditions,right use of road,improvement of traffic environment for traffic accident prevention.
