摘要
热可塑非导电型减振钢板的焊接是通过电流在工件上构成回路时,利用其产生的电阻热将减振胶熔化后进行的。分别采用不同的规范参数进行单点、连续点焊试验,对试验中影响焊接质量的因素加以分析,并提出解决方法。
Welding the thermo - moulded ond non - conducted type damping steel plate can be done through electric resistamce heat produced to melt the damping rubber in steel plate when the electric current formed a loop in the workpiece. Single point and continuous points welding tests are performed by using different specifications and parameters respectively and some factors affecting welding quality are analyzed and some solutions are put forward.
