摘要
杠子是常见的一种印刷故障,杠子产生的原因和解决的办法是印刷领域研究的难点,提出了一种基于图像处理的杠子特征参数提取方法。用CCD采集待检测印刷图像,求印刷图像与标准图像的差分图像,可得到杠子的缺陷图像,通过数学形态学提取杠子图像特征参数,判断杠子故障的产生原因。通过J2108印刷机实例验证了方法在印刷机杠子诊断的可行性。
Shock-streak is a common printing problem. The cause of shock-streak and its solution are difficult tasks in the field of printing industry. This paper presents a method of shock-streak detection based on image processing. Collect printing images by high-speed CCD, then calculate difference image with the printing image and standard image, and obtain the defect image of Shock-streak, apply mathematical morphology to extract features of shock-streak, finally determine the causes of fault. With an experimental in J2108 printing machine, the feasibility of this method has been proved in the shock-streak fault diagnosis.
