摘要
由于节能和环保的要求,汽轮机的工作参数越来越高,汽轮机油的运行环境日渐苛刻,近年来汽轮机油的油泥问题越来越突出。文章阐述了油泥生成的途径、检测手段和模拟评价方法,考察了基础油的种类对油泥生成趋势的影响,采用扫描电镜测试了在不同条件下生成的油泥组成,结果表明油泥组成与试验温度之间存在一定的关联性。
With the increasing requirements on energy saving and environmental protection, the turbines" working condi- tions are becoming more severe, which cause more varnish problem in lubricating system. This paper reviews the reasons leading to varnish,the varnish analysis techniques and bench tests. The impact of base oil type on varnish forming tendency was evaluated under different conditions, the corresponding varnish was examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that there is some relevance between the varnish composition and the testing temperature.
