摘要
采用自主开发的新型固体超强酸催化剂PTSS,对甲苯和氯化苄的傅克烷基化反应进行了研究。通过气相色谱对氯化苄的转化率进行对比分析,考察了反应温度、反应配比、反应时间及催化剂用量等因素对反应的影响,并通过核磁共振对反应产物进行了结构表征。实验结果表明,自主开发的固体超强酸催化剂PTSS对甲苯与氯化苄的傅克烷基化反应具有良好的催化活性。在优化条件下,氯化苄的转化率可达到99%以上。理化性能测试表明,分离提纯得到的二苄基甲苯能够很好地满足作为有机热载体的指标要求。
The Friedel - Crafts reaction of toluene and benzyl chloride was studied with self - developed solid superacid cata- lyst PTSS. Through gas chromatography analysis, the conversion ratio of benzyl chloride was systematically investigated with respect to reaction temperature, reaction ratio, reaction time and catalyst dosage. The structure of products was char- acterized by Ht NMR. Experimental results show that PTSS has good catalytic activity to the Friedel -Crafts reaction of tolu- ene and benzyl chloride. Under optimized conditions, the conversion ratio of benzyl chloride can reach more than 99%. Physical and chemicar performance tests show that,after separation and purification, dibenzyl toluene can well meet the re- quirements of the index of organic heat transfer fluid.
