《非交通系统民用载货汽车抽样调查修订方案》抽样误差公式之我见

On the Error Equation in the Revised Method for Sampling Investigation of Civil Trucks of Non-Transport System

本文根据抽样理论,结合我国非交通系统民用载货汽车公路运输的实际情况,对《非交通系统民用载货汽车抽样调查修订方案》的抽样误差公式从其运用的前提条件和实质两方面进行了分析,指出这个抽样误差公式不能反映实际的抽样误差。

Based on sampling theory and the actual condition of highway transport of non-transport system in China, the error equation in the revised method for sampling investigation of civil trucks of non-transport system is analyzed in this paper with respect to both its prerequisites and its essence. As this error equation can't give a real sampling error in practice, two methods are preposed in this paper for modifying this error equation.
