通过对液体散货市场的分析与预测 ,对天津港液体散货泊位特点的研究 ,论述了在天津港建设深水液体散货泊位的技术。
It is discussed in this paper on the feasibility of technology, economy and safety, etc. for the construction of deep water liquid bulk berth in Port of Tianjin through analysis and predication on the liquid bulk cargo market and research on features of liquid bulk berth in Port of Tianjin.
