三峡工程二阶段混凝土外加剂技术性能及应用 被引量:3

摘要 三峡工程是正在兴建的国家重点大型水电工程 ,枢纽工程系混凝土浇筑 ,生产技术性能优异的混凝土是确保工程质量的前提。三峡工程从优选原材料入手 ,通过大量的试验研究及优化混凝土配合比 ,使混凝土技术性能达国内外先进水平。混凝土外加剂虽然用量较少 ,但对混凝土性能影响较大 ,因此三峡工程对混凝土外加剂的选用非常慎重 ,经过反复试验验证 ,最终推荐用于工程建设的外加剂为 :缓凝高效减水剂 AB- 1A、R5 6 1C、FDN90 0 1、JG3、X40 4,泵送剂 JM- 及引气剂 DH9和 PC- 2。使用实践证明 ,三峡工程采用的外加剂所生产的混凝土技术性能优良 ,经济效果显著。 Three Gorge Project is an national key & large water power project under construction, the key works of the project is concrete casting and the concrete with excellent production and technological characteristics is the pre condition to ensure the project quality. Starting from the optimum selection of raw material for the Three Gorge Project, the concrete technical characteristics reaches the domestic and world advanced level by a great deal of experimental and research works and optimization of concrete mixing ratio. Although the quantity of concrete admixture used is not more in the project, its effect on the concrete property is great. Therefor, the concrete admixture used for the Three Gorge Project is selected with great care. After repeated experiments and test the concrete admixture finally recommended for the consturction of this project is retarding high efficiency water reducing agent (AB 1A, R 561C, FDN 9001, JG3, X404), pumping agent(JM Ⅱ) and getter (DH9 and PC 2). It has been proved in practice that the concrete technical characteristics produced by the concrete admixture used for the Three Gorge Project is excellent and its economic effect is significant.
