远志药材及醇溶性浸出物的FTIR研究

Study on Polygalae Radix and Alcohol Extract by FTIR

目的建立并比较不同产地远志药材的FTIR指纹图谱及差异,说明远志药材的红外光谱特点。方法对远志药材及醇溶性浸出物的FTIR图谱进行共有峰率和变异峰率分析,以及聚类分析。结果 10个产地远志原药的红外图谱在3 300,2 930,2 850,1 710,1 650,1 510,1 450,1 260,1 060,600 cm-1附近有十个共有峰,以山西为对照组得到原药材组的平均共有峰率为85.7%,醇溶性浸出物组的平均共有峰率为79.0%,通过聚类分析可知山西远志与大多数产地远志为同一亚类。结论山西远志具有很好的代表性,红外光谱分析为远志质量控制提供补充。

OBJECTIVE To establish and compare the differences of Polygalae Radix medicines＇ FTIP produced in different areas, and explain the infrared spectroscopy characteristics of these Polygalae Radix medicines. METHODS Common peak ratio analysis, variant peak ratio analysis, and cluster analysis of Polygalae Radix medicines and alcohol soluble extractives＇ FTIP spectrum were done. RESULTS In 3 300, 2 930, 2 850, 1710, 1 650, 1 510, 1 450, 1 260, 1 060, 600 cm-1, FTIR spectra from ten different areas had ten common peaks, and with Shanxi as the control group received an average of original group＇ common peak ratio was 85.7%. The average of alcohol soluble extract group＇s co-peak rate was 79.0%. By cluster analysis, Shanxi Polygalae Radix were the same to the most Polygalae Radix, they were in the same subclass. CONCLUSION Shanxi Polygalae Radix is representative, and infrared spectroscopy analysis provides another method for Polygalae Radix quality control.
