摘要
地方优质鸡种以其良好的种质特性和发展前景,备受业界关注。本文以北京油鸡为例,通过对北京资源国家保种示范基地、北京百年栗园农业生态有限公司和洼里乡居楼生态园的实地调查研究,探讨了北京优质油鸡资源的开发利用以及推广模式。针对北京油鸡在发展中存在的问题与不足,提出了一些政策建议。
Local high quality chicken breeds with its great germplasm characteristics and bright devel opment prospects is more and more concerned by the industry. Taking Beijing oil chicken for example, this paper explores the utilization and extension pattern of the resource of Beijing quality oil chicken, through field researches for Beijing resources national conservation demonstration base, Beijing Century Chestnut EcoFarming Limited and Walixiangjulou Ecological Park. And then, the paper discusses the situation of development and utilization and extension models about Beijing quality oil chicken. Final ly, this paper also puts forward some countermeasures for the existing problems and deficiencies in the development of Beijing quality oil chicken.
