Analysis on the Scientific Talent Cultivation Objectives of Vocational Colleges——Taking the Development Goals of Jincheng Institute of Technology as an Example

为了整体提高高等职业院校的办学水平和人才培养质量,提高高等职业教育服务国家经济发展方式转变和现代产业体系建设的能力,晋城职业技术学院根据晋城市经济社会特征及学院自身的实际情况,制定了"一二五"发展目标,为学院提高人才培养质量和可持续发展能力提供保障。

In order to improve the overall quality of the eductional level and lalent cultivation of higher Nocational colleges and to raise the ability of higher vocational education serving the national economic development mode change as well as the construcion of a modern industrial system.Jincheng Institute of Technology formlated the Twelfth Five-Year development goals on the basis of its own practical situation and the ocomonit and social charaeteristies of Jincheng City.so as to ensure the improvement of talent cultivation quality and the snstainable development ability of the college.
