社区与高校关系密切,相互影响、相互作用。在思想政治工作中,发挥社区与高校的各自优势,促进社区与高校良性互动既具有必然性,也具有实现的可能性。这需要选择恰当的合作模式,通过必要的激励,促成思想政治工作资源双向流动与共享;同时,通过考评反馈机制监测和保障思想政治工作的实际效果,通过合作科研机制推动互动交流向纵深发展,实现双赢。

Communities and universities are closely related to each other. It is inevitable and pnssible for the universities and communities to display their own respective superiority and promote the positive interaction in ideological and political work. Two-way resources communicating and sharing in ideological and political work needs an appropriate model of cooperation and necessary incentives. And a win-win situation could be achieved through the evaluation feedback mechanism to monitor and protect the actual effect of ideological and political work, interaction development in depth by promoting scientific cooperation mechanism.
