摘要
人力资源是一种能够自我发展和完善的资源 ,人类社会正是通过人力资源的自我发展 ,改变着物质资源的利用水平和利用效率 ,引导着一般性资源的流动 ,从而推动着产业结构从低级到高级的演进。从人力资源的特点出发 ,分析了人力资源对产业结构演进的影响。
Human resources are resources that can be developed and perfected by themselves. When human resources develop, the utilization level and the efficiency of material resources are improved, the material flow is guided and thus the evolution of industrial from the primary to the secondary and tertiary is promoted.
