我国基础研究人才评价与待遇匹配问题与对策 被引量:5

Problems and Countermeasures for Matching Evaluation with Remuneration Package of Basic Research Talents in China

摘要 基础研究成果只承认世界第一,因而评价的标准较高,但现阶段我国基础研究人员待遇不仅远低于发达国家,而且明显低于从事其他研发活动的人员。为促进基础研究人才健康成长,我国一些大学采取了一些新举措,力求做到评价与待遇匹配。国家相关部门应支持这些大学的举措,并采取进一步的政策措施。 The results of basic research is recognized only the first in the world, a higher standard of evaluation, but the remuneration package of basic researcher in China is not only much lower than that in developed countries, but significantly lower than that of the personnel engaged in other R&D activities in China. In order to promote the healthy development of basic research talents, some universities in China have taken some new measures, the key of which is matching the evaluation with remuneration package. The relevant departments of China should support such measures, and take further policy measures.
