滇产乌头属植物不同种的显微数量分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的补充滇产乌头属植物鉴定资料以及建立其显微数量分析的鉴别方法。方法对17种滇产乌头属植物的淀粉粒的长径、短径、总数(单粒和复粒)及10种滇产乌头属植物的石细胞壁厚进行显微数量分析,主要通过描述性统计和方差分析,研究其是否有显著性差异(P﹤0.01)。结果测量滇产乌头属植物的淀粉粒长径、短径、单位面积总数和石细胞壁厚的数据结果,表明滇产乌头属植物有极显著性差异(P﹤0.01)。结论说明滇产乌头属植物的淀粉粒长径、短径、单位面积总数和石细胞壁厚可以作为鉴别滇产乌头属植物种间的指标。 Objective To Supple the identification data of Aconitum species distributed in Yunnan province and to establish quan- titative microscopic analysis methods for their identification. Methods To analyze the major axis, minor axis and quantity ( single and compound grains) of 17 species of the Aconitum distributed in Yunnan and to make quantitative microscopic analysis on cell wall thickness of stone cells of 10 species of the Aconitum grown in Yunnan, so as to study whether significant difference( P 〈 0. 01 )exists by means of descriptive statistics and variance analysis. Results To analyze major axis, minor axis and total number of starch grains and the stone cell wall thickness data. The results of analysis demonstrated that significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ) exists among each Aconitum species distributed in Yunnan province in terms of the major axis, minor axis of their starch grains, quantity of their starch grains and their stone cell wall thickness. Conclusion Major axis, minor axis of starch grains, quantity of starch grains and stone cell wall thickness can be used as identifying indices for identification of Aconitum species distributed in Yunnan province.
