医院输液中心流程再造及其实践

Intravenous Infusion Procedure Redesign and Practice in Hospital

我院新院区正式使用后,医院输液中心环境发生了很大变化,面积增大,病人增加。在这种情况下,我们对工作流程进行了梳理和再造。本文介绍了新设计的输液流程再造方案和输液流程图,通过对各环节进行说明、分析和对比,阐述了新输液流程中的六点变化,总结和回顾了输液流程改进的效果及存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进建议。

After new campus of the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University was opened, intravenous infusion center area was enlarged and more patients came to the hospital. In this case, we sorted out and redesigned the intravenous infusion procedure. This article presents the new design of the process and its flowcharts. Through explanation, analysis and comparison of each stage, six changes in the intravenous infusion procedure are elaborated; its effectiveness is summarized and reviewed; and corresponding recommendations for improvement are put forward.
