目的探讨电子医嘱在优质护理工作中的优势。方法全面实施电子医嘱系统,比较实施前后护士处理医嘱、床边服务的总工作时间,医嘱处理的准确率。结果电子医嘱具有医嘱执行高效、便捷、清晰、准确、程序化和规范化等优势。结论在优质护理示范工程中,电子医嘱为护士节省了大量时间,让护士有更多时间为病人提供直接护理服务。

Objective Discuss the advantage of electronic medical order in high quality nursing. Method Compare the total working hours of nurses in dealing with medical orders and sickbed service as well as the accuracy before and after full implementation of electronic medical orders. Result Electronic medical order presents its advantage in terms of convenience, explicitness, accuracy, routinization and normalization during its implementation. Conclusion In the demonstration project of high quality nursing, electronic medical order saves an amount of time for nurses, which could be used for providing direct nursing service.
