摘要
面对改建后的标准化社区卫生服务站(村卫生室),宁波市鄞州区对纳入管理的乡村医生进行了调查,针对乡村医生队伍存在的问题,实施了乡村卫生服务一体化管理改革,将现有的乡村医生纳入到社区卫生服务中心统一管理,加大人财物投入,提高其收入和保障水平,改进了一体化管理的实践效果。
After the reconstruction of standardized community health service stations (village clinics), YinZhou District of Ningbo has carried out the research among village doctors and implemented integrated management of rural health service reform to solve problems in rural doctor team. Village doctors were managed under a unified management system of community health service centers. After the reform, the investment of human, financial and material resource in eommunity health service stations is inereased and income and the security level of rural doctors are improved, achieving better integrated management practiee outcome.
