小剂量齐拉西酮联合舍曲林治疗伴躯体症状抑郁症的临床研究

Clinical research on small dose of ziprasidone combined with sertraline in the treatment of depression with somatic symptoms

目的探讨齐拉西酮联合舍曲林治疗抑郁症伴躯体症状患者的有效性和安全性。方法选择2010年9月~2011年10月于我院门诊就诊的80例伴有躯体症状的抑郁症患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组（38例）和对照组（42例）,对照组采用舍曲林治疗,观察组在此基础上加小剂量齐拉西酮治疗,疗程8周。结果对照组总有效率为64.3%,明显低于观察组总有效率84.2%,两组比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;两组患者入组HAMD评分比较无显著差异（P〉0.05）,观察组治疗后2周、4周、8周HAMD评分均明显较对照组低,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组均有不良反应发生,对照组发生率为40.4%,观察组发生率为39.5%,两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论在治疗抑郁症并伴有躯体症状的患者中,应用小剂量的齐拉西酮联合舍曲林的治疗方法疗效性好,并且在增加小剂量齐拉西酮的情况下并没有增加不良反应的发生。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of small dose of ziprasidone combined with sertraline in the treatment of depression with somatic symptoms. Methods Chosed 1 80 cases of depression patients from September 2010 to October 2011 in our hospital as observation object,and the cases were randomIy divided into observation group（ 38 cases） and control group（ 42 cases）,control group with sertraline,observation group based on control group wirh small dose of ziprasidone treatment,treatment for 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate of control group was 64. 3%,significantly lower than 84. 2% in observation group,the difference between two groups was significant（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）; HAMD score in two groups showed no significant difference（ P ＆gt;0. 05）,after treatment for 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,HAMD score in observation group were significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups（ P＆lt;0. 05）; two groups had adverse reactions occurred,the incidence rate in observation group was 40. 4%,control group was 39. 5%,no significant differences between two groups（ P ＆gt; 0. 05）,Conclusion In the treatment of depression with somatic symptoms patients,the curative effect of small dose of ziprasidone combined with sertraline is good,and the increase in small doses of ziprasidone,the incidence of adverse reactions without increasing.
