A Study on the Comparative Law of Product Duty Case in Asia and Russia

亚洲的大多数国家和地区以及俄罗斯都制定了产品责任法,用以保护消费者或者缺陷产品的受害人。但由于各法域的历史传统和法律观念的不同,产品责任法的调整范围并不相同,在各法域的产品责任的具体规则上都存在较大的差异。本比较法研究在世界侵权法学会成立大会暨第一届学术研讨会的讨论的基础上,揭示亚洲和俄罗斯各法域产品责任的共同性和差异性,为进一步研究产品责任法的融合与发展,提供基础的比较法研究资料。

Many countries in Asia as well as Russia have designed product duty law to protect consumers or the victim of product with faults. Due to different historical tradition and legal idea, the adjustment range of the law is different and the specific regulation is also different. This study of comparative law is based on the discussion in the establishment meeting and the first symposium of world tort law and reveals the similarities and dissimilarities in the product duty in Asia and Russia in order to study the fusion and development of product duty law and provide basic materials of comparative law.
