摘要
本文通过结合双鸭山新时代水泥有限责任公司异地搬迁改造工程,对重型设备基础大体积混凝土进行了温度的实时监测与数值仿真模拟,并将监测结果与仿真结果进行对比分析,得到了其温度场的发展规律。研究结果表明,用数值仿真方法可以准确的预测温度场,该方法可作为制定温度控制方案的可靠依据。
In this paper, combining with the relocation and reconstruction project of SHUANG- YASHAN XINSHIDAI CEMENT CO. , LTD, real-time temperature field monitoring and nu- merical simulation is conducted on heavy equipments for mass concrete, compared the monito- ring results with the simulation results, got the law of development of the temperature field. The results showed that numerical simulation method can accurately predict the temperature field, this method can be used as a reliable basis for temperature control scheme.
