摘要
目的:研究杜仲叶中的黄酮类化学成分。方法:采用各种柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定黄酮类化合物的结构。结果:从杜仲叶中分离并鉴定了8个黄酮类化合物,分别为槲皮素(1)、芦丁(2)、金丝桃苷(3)、槲皮苷(4)、异槲皮苷(5)、quercetin-3-O-sambubioside(6)、kaempherol-3-O-sambubioside(7)、quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)。结论:化合物4和7为首次从杜仲叶中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical components of flavonoids of Eucommiae Folium.Method:Various column chromatography were used in the isolation and purification,physiochemical constant determination and spectral analysis were adopted to determine the chemical structures of flavonoids.Result:Eight flavonoids were isolated from Eucommiae Folium,quercetin (1),rutin (2),hyperin (3),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyloside (4),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5),quercetin-3-O-sambubioside (6),kaempherol-3-O-sambubioside (7),quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1 →2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (8).Conclusion:4 and 7 compounds were firstisolated from this plant.
