Chemical Components of Flavonoids of Eucommiae Folium

目的:研究杜仲叶中的黄酮类化学成分。方法:采用各种柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定黄酮类化合物的结构。结果:从杜仲叶中分离并鉴定了8个黄酮类化合物,分别为槲皮素(1)、芦丁(2)、金丝桃苷(3)、槲皮苷(4)、异槲皮苷(5)、quercetin-3-O-sambubioside(6)、kaempherol-3-O-sambubioside(7)、quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)。结论:化合物4和7为首次从杜仲叶中分离得到。

Objective：To investigate the chemical components of flavonoids of Eucommiae Folium.Method：Various column chromatography were used in the isolation and purification,physiochemical constant determination and spectral analysis were adopted to determine the chemical structures of flavonoids.Result：Eight flavonoids were isolated from Eucommiae Folium,quercetin （1）,rutin （2）,hyperin （3）,quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyloside （4）,quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （5）,quercetin-3-O-sambubioside （6）,kaempherol-3-O-sambubioside （7）,quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-（1 →2）-β-D-glucopyranoside （8）.Conclusion：4 and 7 compounds were firstisolated from this plant.
