摘要
目的:进一步研究土庄绣线菊Spiraea pubescens Turcz.乙醇提取物石油醚和三氯甲烷分离部位的化学成分.方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、十八烷基键合硅胶柱色谱和制备液相色谱等手段进行化学成分分离,运用理化性质和波谱数据(MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR和HMBC等)鉴定化合物结构.结果:从土庄绣线菊乙醇提取物石油醚和三氯甲烷分离部位分离得到9个五环三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为熊果酸(1),熊果醛(2),乌苏酸(3),日尔曼醇(4),α-香树脂醇(5),高根二醇(6),白桦脂酸(7),齐墩果酸(8)和桦木酮酸(9).结论:化合物2~6和8~9为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1和7为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Objective:To further investigate the chemical constituents from the petroleum ether and chloroform fractions of ethanol extract from Spiraea pubescens.Method:The compounds were isolated by silica gel chromatography,ODS chromatography,and preparative HPLC,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods,including MS,1D and 2D NMR spectral techniques.Result:Nine compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and chloroform fractions of ethanol extract from S.pubescens,and were identified as ursolic acid (1),ursolic aldehyde (2),ursonic acid (3),germanicol (4),α-amyrenol (5),erythrodiol (6),betulinic acid (7),oleanolic acid (8),and betulonic acid (9).Conclusion:This is the first report of the isolation of 2-6 and 8-9 from Spiraea genus,and 1,7 from this plant.
