基于改进的Grey-AHP的机械零部件供应商评价

Evaluation of machinary-parts suppliers based on modified grey-AHP

供应商评价体系对机械制造企业进行供应商管理与监督,提高产品质量有重要影响。采用改进的层次分析法求解末级指标判断矩阵,运用层次分析软件yaahp计算各指标权重值并进行一致性检验。在此基础上,结合灰色理论划分评价灰类,得出评价样本矩阵,利用不同层次三角白化权函数决策,确定灰色评价权矩阵,根据已求出的各项末级指标权重和灰色评价权矩阵对评估对象进行判断。并以某机械制造企业供应商数据为对象运用改进的层次分析模型进行评价,结果表明,该模型能客观反映供应商的整体运营状况,可作为比选供应商的依据。

Supplier evaluation system effected the supplier management, supervision and improvement of products quality importantly for machinery manufacture enterprise, and final stage index judg ment matrix is solved by using improved analytic hierarchy process, and using analytical hierarchy software yaahp to calculate the weight of each index value and to carry on consistency checkout. Combing with the Grey Theory, evaluation grey clustering is divided and draw evaluation sample matrix, and grey evaluation weight matrix is determined by using different level triangle whitening weight function decision,and evaluation object is judged by every final stage index weight and grey evaluation weight matrix obtained machinary-parts supplier data are evaluated by using the improved analytic hierarchy process model. The results show that model can reflect operation condition of the supplier objectively, and can be taken as a basis for suppliers comparison.
